New...
So far it’s only been about a week and a half and I haven’t noticed any difference with my feet, they still hurt. I’ll give it a little bit longer but it’s looking like I’ll be asking for a refund.

Inserts
I had bought these a few years ago and needed more. The new ones are not near as good as the last order. My feet hurt as bad as when mine wore out.

No impact on my plantar...
I have been wearing custom orthotics for over 40 years. In fact, the same pair I purchased almost 40 years ago. I started actively walking in 2017 to lose weight, and it worked. I was up to 210,000 steps on average per week, but have cut down to about 150,000 per week, most of which i do on the weekends. I started having for pain about 1.5-2 years ago. Online research indicates the symptoms are consistent with plantar fasciitis (although I have not had this confirmed by a podiatrist). My old orthotics are quite worn, so I decided to take a chance on the XSTANCE insoles based on some of the user reviews. I have worn them for 2 weeks in 3 different pairs of shoes. The thing i noticed at first is that these inserts are the full length of my foot and shoe. My older inserts only go from the heel to just below the balls of my feet. While the XSTANCE inserts are soft and, initially, comfortable, within 30 minutes of first wearing them, I noticed an issue. On my left foot, to the outside and just below the small toe, I have symptoms consistent with a tailor's bunion. I have had to move to wider sneakers to alleviate pain in this area when I walk, and that has worked. But the XSTANCE insert apparently shifts the front of my foot such that even the wider shoes irritate the bunion. I experienced pain within 30 minutes of wearing them for the first time. However, I kept them on for the rest of the day and the next day, hoping there would be a break in period. The pain only increased. I have tried these inserts in 2 other pairs of shoes, and finally found one where there was minimal pain. I wore these inserts in this shoes for 10 days. The result? No improvement in the plantar fasciitis symptoms. If anything, the pain is a bit worse, but I have no evidence this is directly related to the inserts. Then the bunion pain started to occur even in this third pair of shoes. So I have stopped wearing them and gone back to my 40-year-old inserts... until I can find a better solution.
