    The insole isn't thick enough for the Planter Fasciitis sole. I was disappointed in the return policy. If the insole or other products don't work, yes, you can return the items. YOU have to pay for the shipping to The Other Side Academy. Also, I don't advise to act on the "extra product" they show you while during the check process. Make sure the product fits before purchasing more. I my case, I purchased more at a cheaper price during the checkout process, but it in turned costed me money.
